SHOPPES OF NORTHSHORE - ATLANTIC BEACH, FL
This redevelopment project is just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Intensive capital investments were made to revitalize a once-tired center and reposition the tenant mix to a high quality, beach vibe consistent with the community. The center's revamped aesthetic and walkability are a critical aspect to its inclusion in Beaches Town Center.

Lote Group acquired San Jose Plaza as a redevelopment project in 2018. The property is located on San Jose Blvd in the well-established market of Mandarin in Jacksonville, FL. ALDI and Bonefish serve as our current anchors with more to come.
PALM COAST STATION - PALM COAST, FL
Palm Coast Station is the last remaining outparcel to compliment Chipotle, Panera Bread and Hilton Garden Inn as the start of Town Center at Palm Coast. We are excited to bring 7,000 square feet of Class-A retail to Palm Coast.
